Payment

I am an out-of-network insurance provider and do not accept commercial insurance. Unfortunately I'm unable to see patients with Medicare/Medicaid even if you can pay out of pocket. Being an out-of-network provider protects your privacy to the highest degree possible, allows greater flexibility in developing a treatment plan with you, and allows me to spend more time with each patient or family. Payment is due at the time of service and I will provide you with a receipt with all the necessary information should you choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Insurance usually reimburses a portion of my fees, however, some insurances offer no out-of-network benefits. Please be familiar with your out-of-network insurance benefits before we meet. I accept credit cards or checks.

Initial consultation-

60 minutes (adults) $450 

90 minutes (children/adolescents) $500
 

Follow up visits-

30 minute follow up visit $325

50 minute follow up visit $350
